Cancellation and Refunds

• Before we start cooking — cancel free of charge, and any online payment is refunded in full. Call or message us; the sooner the better.
• Once it is on the stove — we cannot cancel it. The ingredients are committed and the dish cannot be sold to anyone else.
• A pre-order for a later window can be cancelled any time until we start cooking it.

Your confirmation message says when the kitchen expects to start. If you are unsure, ask — we will tell you honestly whether it has begun.

If we cancel — a dish sold out, the kitchen could not cook, we could not reach you before starting — you pay nothing, and anything already paid is refunded in full. An online order that is never paid for is cancelled automatically after two hours and no money changes hands.

Tell us the same day, with a photograph if you can. If an item is missing, wrong, cold on arrival, or not fit to eat, we will replace it or refund it — your choice. We do not argue about a reasonable complaint, and we do not ask you to send food back.

What we cannot refund is a change of mind about a dish that was made as described — too spicy for your taste, or simply not what you fancied after all.

• Paid online — refunded to the same card, UPI ID or account you paid from. We start it within 1–2 working days, and your bank usually takes 5–7 working days after that.
• Cash on delivery — refunded by UPI to a number you give us, normally the same day.
• We will never ask for your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or an OTP to give you a refund. Anyone who does is not us.

If an order paid for with a coupon is refunded, we refund what you actually paid and put the coupon back where we can. A discount is not refunded as cash.
